Child Safety Policy
Policy title: Child Safety Policy
Version: 1.1
Effective date: 31 October 2026
Last updated: 31 October 2026
Owner: Winart Limited
Status: Draft for in-app display. This is not a formal legal opinion and has not been approved by a lawyer.
Scope
This policy states Winart’s minimum-age rule and the absolute prohibition on child sexual exploitation. It describes the controls that exist in this version and the controls that are not yet operational.
Minimum age
The product is aimed at adults. Registration and the post-sign-in prompt each have a separate checkbox. The age checkbox is stored only when the signed-in user submits declaredAdult: true with source registration or post_sign_in. The server copies that boolean. It does not choose an age, and it rejects a missing, false, or non-boolean value and any client-supplied age number. The stored record has the user id from the authentication token, the declaration result, a server timestamp, policy version 1.1, the acceptance source, and identityVerified: false. That last field means this flow did not verify identity or date of birth. It is not a check against an identity document.
A profile field may also contain an optional age number. That field is not an age gate. The declaration record is the control this version adds.
If the acceptance service is not deployed, the app does not pretend the declaration was stored. The gap is a release blocker. Do not describe the store listing as an 18+ product on the strength of an unstored checkbox.
There is no children’s version of Winart and no parental-consent flow, because the product is not offered to children.
Prohibited conduct
The following are prohibited:
- Any sexual content involving a person under 18, including images, video, audio, drawings intended to sexualize a child, and links to such material.
- Grooming, including building trust with a child in order to exploit them.
- Sexual solicitation of a child.
- Asking a child for Diamonds, gifts, or off-platform payment.
- Keeping a child in a voice room or live stream.
Report these with the child-safety or sexual-exploitation category. Do not attach the exploitative file to the report.
What happens to a report
The report is stored as a restricted user report. Other users cannot read it. Clients cannot delete it. It is not shown in a public moderation queue. An authorized reviewer may change its status. This policy does not claim that a specialist child-safety team has been hired or trained. That absence is an operational gap.
Immediate steps that exist
A credible report supports a severe enforcement outcome under the Rules and Regulations, including restriction of the reported account when an authorized admin applies it. Room hosts can remove a participant where the server allows removal. Those tools are the immediate product controls. They are not a substitute for law enforcement.
Evidence
Keep the report factual: room, time, and what happened. Do not copy or store illegal imagery. Winart’s report record should contain the description, not a redistribution of the material.
Authorities
Winart will cooperate with a lawful request when the law requires it and a contact path exists. No police liaison, no hotline number, and no child-safety officer are on file. Those must be appointed before this policy can claim an external escalation path.
User responsibilities
Do not use Winart if you are under 18. Do not engage with a child in a sexual or financially exploitative way. Report concerns. Do not investigate by collecting illegal images yourself.
Winart responsibilities
Require the declaration, keep child-safety reports private, and avoid claiming a staffed emergency response that does not exist.
