Scope
This policy explains when Winart may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account, and how a person can appeal. It applies the severity levels in the Rules and Regulations.
Measures
- Warning: a recorded notice for a low violation.
- Temporary restriction: a limit on a feature such as hosting, gifting, or messaging.
- Suspension: a time-bound block on use of the account.
- Termination: closure of the account for a severe violation or for repeated high violations.
Account deletion requested by you is different. It is described in the Account and Data Deletion Policy. Freezing an account without deleting it is not deletion.
Grounds
Grounds include the violations listed in the Rules and Regulations, fraud against the ledger, ban evasion, and a requirement from applicable law. A single report is not automatically a finding.
Procedure
An authorized admin action is required for a status that changes another person’s standing. The action is written to the moderation audit log. Clients cannot write that log. Where the harm is severe, access can be restricted at the start of review rather than after it, and the record still has to show the action.
Winart does not publish a hearing timetable. None has been operationally verified.
Effect on balances
Suspension does not delete the ledger. Termination does not entitle a person who committed fraud to a payout of Creator Coin. Legitimate completed withdrawals that were already paid stay paid. Unfinished withdrawals follow the server status. These sentences do not create a new economic formula.
Appeals
Submit a grievance with the appeal category and the account’s Winart ID, not a Firebase UID, as the business identity. The appeal is visible to you and to authorized reviewers. It is not public. A child-safety termination is not lifted solely because an appeal was filed.
User responsibilities
Do not create another account to avoid a suspension. State the facts in the appeal. Do not abuse the reviewer.
Winart responsibilities
Record the reason and the actor, apply the measure that fits the severity, and allow an appeal path that does not expose other people’s reports.
