Scope
This policy covers creators who receive Creator Coin from eligible activity, and agencies that operate through Winart’s agency records. It does not create an employment relationship. It does not set a revenue share, because no share is stated in this document and none may be inferred.
Creators
A creator balance moves only through the server economy described in the Wallet and Diamonds Policy. Eligible gifts and other implemented earning events are the source of Creator Coin. Winart does not promise a number of viewers, a gift volume, or a payout.
Withdrawal of an eligible balance, once completed, deducts the corresponding Creator Coin. Creators must not keep two accounts to split or disguise earnings, and must not ask fans to pay outside the app for a balance Winart cannot see.
Where verification is required for a payout feature, the selfie and document are stored for that review. They are not a public profile image.
Agencies
Agency tools, where enabled, act on agency records and agency diamond balances that the server controls. An agency may not take over a creator’s login, change a creator’s password, or withdraw to a destination the creator did not authorize. Agency fraud, including false member lists and unauthorized transfers, is a high or severe violation.
This policy does not publish an agency fee, a country-specific commission, or a settlement calendar.
Relationships between people
A creator and an agency are responsible for their own offline agreement. Winart’s records show the balances and permissions the server stores. They are not a full agency contract, and this policy does not fill in missing commercial terms.
User responsibilities
Creators and agencies must use their own identities, keep withdrawal destinations accurate, and avoid recruiting minors. Disputes between a creator and an agency about an offline deal are not automatically a Winart ledger error.
Winart responsibilities
Keep creator and agency balances server-side, reject inconsistent withdrawals, and avoid describing virtual balances as wages or guaranteed income.
Enforcement
Creator Coin abuse and agency fraud follow the Rules and Regulations. A ledger correction, if one is required, is a new server entry.
Reporting and complaints
Use the grievance category for payment or wallet issues, or the appeal category if an enforcement action froze a creator or agency tool. Reports about a creator’s conduct in a room follow the User Safety Policy.
