Content Moderation
How the application draft describes moderation.
Content Moderation Policy
Policy title: Content Moderation Policy
Version: 1.0
Effective date: 31 October 2026
Last updated: 31 October 2026
Owner: Winart Limited
Status: Draft for in-app display. This is not a formal legal opinion and has not been approved by a lawyer.
Scope
This policy covers user-generated content in profiles, chat, posts, voice rooms, and live streams, and the moderation records that support it.
What can be moderated
Profiles, photos, messages, room chat, live comments, display names, and room titles can be reported. Gifts and wallet entries are economic records. They are not deleted as if they were ordinary posts, because the ledger must stay consistent.
How a report is stored
A report is created only by the signed-in reporter. The stored fields identify the reporter, the reported user, the reason, the details, the target type, the target id when one is provided, and the status. The status on creation is open. The client cannot set a resolved status.
Reads of reports are limited to the reporter. Updates and deletes from the client are denied. An admin review function may change status only after server-side authorization. That function writes a moderation audit entry. Ordinary users cannot read the audit log.
Review outcomes
- Open: submitted, not yet moved by an authorized reviewer.
- In review: an authorized reviewer has taken the record.
- Resolved: an action was taken or no action was required and the review is closed.
- Rejected: the report did not identify a breach, or it could not be acted on.
No outcome is shown as complete unless the status was written by the authorized function.
Evidence
Details you type are the evidence stored with the report. Do not place sexual imagery of a minor in a report. Describe the location of the content, the room, and the time. Winart does not publish that text to the person you reported.
User responsibilities
Report the correct person or room. Include enough detail to identify the incident. Do not use moderation tools to silence ordinary disagreement.
Winart responsibilities
Prevent cross-user access to reports, prevent client deletion of reports, and require admin authorization for status changes. Winart does not claim automated classifiers or a named moderator bench beyond the admin authorization already used for privileged actions.
Escalation
Child-safety and credible-threat categories are severe under the Rules and Regulations. They are not placed in a user-visible queue. Further escalation to authorities happens only where the law requires it and a lawful channel exists. No emergency hotline number is published here because none is on file.
Appeals
The reported person, if action is taken on their account, may file an appeal grievance. The reporter’s identity is not disclosed through that appeal.
