Scope
This policy covers the Winart application, its branding, virtual items, and content users upload. It does not transfer ownership of your content to Winart except for the licence in the Terms and Conditions.
Winart’s property
The Winart name, logo, interface, and application code are owned by Winart Limited or its licensors. You may not copy the client, use the marks to imply an official partnership, or scrape the service to build a competing client.
Gift artwork, frames, and VIP presentation assets supplied by Winart are licensed for use inside the app. Buying a virtual item, where the economy allows it, licenses display inside the service. It does not assign the artwork to you.
Your content
You represent that you have the rights to the text, audio, images, and video you upload or stream. You grant the hosting licence described in the Terms and Conditions. You may delete content you control, subject to records the deletion policy retains.
Others’ content
Do not upload music, video, images, or text you do not have a right to use. A copyright report can use the report flow or a grievance. This draft does not appoint a copyright agent and does not claim a registered DMCA designation. India does not operate a DMCA regime. A formal notice procedure needs a legal contact that is not on file.
Virtual items
Diamonds, Creator Coin, and gifts are limited licences. They are not property you can pledge outside the app. Trading them off-platform is prohibited.
Enforcement
Repeat infringement and impersonation of Winart can lead to removal of the content and to account action under the Rules and Regulations.
User responsibilities
Only upload what you may share. Credit and permission are your obligation. Report infringement with enough detail to find the content.
Winart responsibilities
Remove content when a valid complaint identifies it and an authorized reviewer acts. Winart does not undertake to monitor every room.
